Where do I start? When we arrived for check-in, it didn't appear too clean. The female front desk clerk was helpful after she went around to locate a cart for the luggage which was located somewhere in the building. To make a long story short, when we checked into our room we went to open a cabinet in the kitchen and the trim fell off, the faucet in the kitchen was in reverse, so hot water came out of the cold water side, in the bathroom where the shower bar was attached there were open holes visible where the shower bar used to be attached, it was never patched up and painted over, they just left the holes there. The bathroom sink water never got hot and there were burn marks all over the bathroom sink. The furniture had stains on it as well. Saturday, after shopping, when we arrived back to our room, the cart for luggage was on our floor, the third floor, with trash on it. There were bags of trash and laundry by the elevator. When we left back out and came back those items were still on the third floor hours later. When we left to head to our concert that evening, I let the male hotel representative know that the luggage cart was up there with trash on it and his response..."that's a shame that people will do that instead of just taking the trash outside, but I'm not going up there to get it." At that point I was just over it. When we checked out the next day, the cart and the trash was still there. He literally did not go get the cart!

First room I got was not cleaned. Second room was not cleaned very well. There was something on the carpets and nightstand. Junk in the drawers. The hallways were dirty and had a bad smell. It appears people may live there for a bit almost like a run down apartment complex. The woman at the front counter was extremely nice!

This hotel/apartment is in serious need of an upgrade. Many items in the place were broken, scraped, stained or very outdated. We went here because it was the only place big enough for my family but the place was loud, dirty and run down.

Found a dirty towel from previous person in the bathroom. Bar to lock door was broken. Staff were rude and acted like they were doing me a favor for everything. Only stayed because of the distance to home and all hotels in area booked.

Employee, Ms. Reed(?) was extremely rude. At approx. 2:55pm informed me that check in began at 3pm so I would be charged a fee. I asked how much. She refused to tell me how much without me first telling her my name. I explained that depending on what the fee is determined if I wanted to check in or not and again asked for the amount. She refused and then said that she wasn't going to check me in at all and turned off the lights. An argument followed. I had to drive across the street to get the manager to check me in. Manger, Candance was very nice and accommodating. Facility was very dirty. I meant to reserve room at East location because I've experienced the filth and poor customer service at West location before.

The Hotel was not clean. There was a very musty smell throughout the entire hotel. With all the concerns with COVID I did not feel they were applying the highest cleaning standards as there was garbage in the bathroom and floors when we arrived. I had to spray the room with Anti Bacterial spray throughout my visit.

Yhe stay was alright. Place was a little loud, other guests were very loud inside and outside. While waiting to check in a child kept riding in and out of the building on a noisy scooter. The place was pretty clean, a couple things in the room were broke, a drawer on one of the nightstands and the cover on the AC. The bed was pretty stiff and the pillows weren't that great either.
