    The stay was absolutely horrible. We walk into the room and there’s throw up in the sink stuff all over the floor just a disgrace place should be shut down

    A mediocre experience started within a very complicated check in process in which staff and management were in clear disagreement. Young girl at the reception desk exuded attitude and unfriendliness. Old forniture and electronics. The pool is in complete mess since they don't have a concrete policy in regards to number of guest allowed and time. Lots of noise and unsavory character s.

    The place was in close proximity to the people i came to visit in Boston. The staff was not on point, preparing for my stay. They had less bath towels etc in the room. The amenities were not available example no access to the pool and these things are included in the charge. They did not offer anything to make up for the lack of amenities when I returned for another trip. The staff checking in staff was not efficient, only one person was at the counter and I felt like I was ilon the line forever waiting to check in. As i tried to check out it was worse. The customer service lady had on her earbuds and was not even listening to what I was saying to her. She started walking away as i was speaking to her. She told me to just drop the electronic keys in the basket and she started walking away without listening what i was saying to her. I even asked her if she was upset about something. I was actually asking her how soon the monry withheld for thebstay would be sent back to my debit card. I was charged for parking even though I was a guest at the hotel and the lot was not even 75 percent filled. The rooms were as expexted. The house cleaning staff was very good and was readily available to replenish my family eith the missing shower towels etc. The nosel in the bath was hard to turn on. We had to call the front desk and a plummer came to turn it on for us. He daud we had to widdle the nosil (play with it) to get the water going.

    It was ok
    2 things i would mention. First the door lock to the room was bad. It was hard to open going in and out. Second, they had to move us to their sister location which was a hassle to move so randomly but it was a better hotel.
