Very good
A very basic place but clean and comfortable. Only warm water for the shower (typical of Costa Rica we found) and the place is a little dated but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and seemed to want to ensure we had a good stay. No air conditioning but a wall mounted fan which kept it comfortable. We got there in the evening and left early the next morning so I'm not sure what it would be like during the day.

This is a lovely property with friendly staff who treats the guests like welcome family. The property features clean rooms and bathrooms, a covered garden area by the pool, dining area and sitting area. Wifi signal is weak in the far rooms, but is good in the front rooms and in the common areas. We had no issues with street noise - it was relatively quiet, and we slept very well on the comfy beds. Breakfast was a variety of pinto (rice/beans), egg, fruit, bread and jam - with juice and coffee or tea. Staff was helpful with tips for restaurants and nearby places to see - the area is very walkable with lots of places nearby, and the staff will order a taxi if desired. The airport is about 10 minutes away by car: Uber is only 2000-3000 CRC, taxi cab is about 3000 CRC. A lovely area, wonderful staff, great amenities. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

It is really true that what you pay is what you get. The room is small and dark, but it is ok to sleep a night for connecting flight.

Its a family property so they treat you like family. I stayed for one night. Staff and Sr Humberto were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic room, TV and shared bathroom. They only concerned was that wifi does not reach the back room but staff told me that it will be fix soon.
