Friends trip to Galveston
We enjoyed the nice open layout of the home and the large kitchen. We went fishing Saturday morning and then cooked several different dishes and had a great time playing cards at the big kitchen table. Very nice home!

Just What We Needed
We wanted a place where we could continue to isolate during the pandemic that was not our house. After researching we decided to rent a place and picked the beach. This house was the perfect size - we also picked it because of the hot tub - and a good distance from the beach for us to walk the dogs. There were a few issues, like inconsistent hot water in one bathroom, battery acid leaking down the wall beneath a clock, a few lights out, and a can of some drink that was left open by the hot tub. But, overall it was a lovely space and just what we were looking for. We are considering returning in late summer.

It is a fun house on a quiet street, kind of a long walk to the beach so get a golf cart!

Close to beach
Well laid out, close to the beach. Nice outdoor shower. Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen. The downstairs was nice and breezy.

Save your money for another beach house!
Check in wasn’t until 4:00Pm, all communication for prior month booking details stated checkout time as 11:00. (Even on the day of details from the app); however 1 email I received stated 10:00am checkout. I tried contacting by phone, email and message to get clarification- never received response back. When I called I did speak to someone named Paul that was beyond rude. Stated he was the General Manager and their wasn’t anyone above him to talk to; he only said if I checked out last 10:00am I would be charged an extra night- it didn’t matter what the app details on my phone was pulling up. Worst customer service rep I’ve ever experienced. The House was not clean, very minimal things inside. Rough sheets, sandy bedding, hot tub jets didn’t work, room the hot tub was in had no air flow and was super hot. One bathroom did have a blow dryer; it didn’t work. No games, no deck of cards, no throw blankets or extra blankets, The patio railing was very wobbly, 1 air conditioner didn’t work, no A/C filters. Kitchen supplies very minimal, blender stunk and was dirty. Very disappointed in overall house cleanliness and conditions, also the response (Lack of) from management. When leaving the beach and walking back to this rental House I did see another house that looked nice and was a great location that is right at the end of the same street. I will definitely look into calling to rent this one if ever interested in staying in Galveston again.

Great get away...in Galveston
The house was very clean and the open floor plan was awesome. My kids LOVED the hot tub! Which was a great relaxer after a long day at the beach -which was within walking distance!
