Apartment on the 2nd floor of a residential house 800 m from the beach. Access on the roof for a panoramic view of the sea with the possibility of taking your meals on the terrace. The house is located 800 meters the French Quarter, in a quiet location, about 2 km from Pondicherry city center. Bedroom with spacious double bed, a sofa bed for 1 person, closet, bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, kitchen with fridge, living room and dining area. Linens provided.

Direct access leads you to this apartment in the heart of a family residence. You will feel at home! Possibility to order Indian meals and book motorcycle, car or bike on site.

Located in the French Quarter, next to a colonial church, close to a famous Ganesh temple with real elephant (15 min) and 6 Hindu temples.

10 minutes by bike from the beach, the surf school and the fisherman's quarter where you can get fish from the sea that morning.

Near a daily food market (meat, fish, organic fresh fruits and vegetables, flower necklaces), and traditional local restaurants.

Cinema, museum, universities, hospital.

Public transport: bus, motor tricycle, rickshaw, taxis.

It is furnished in traditional furniture while teak. We can provide an extra floor mat for one person.

You can have your clothes made to measure at a reasonable price from a master tailor of the residence.

Visit the picturesque Bharathi Park in the center of the government square and near the exotic botanical gardens that have featured prominently in the hit film "The Life of Pi".



A few kilometers outside the city limits is the Ousteri artificial lake, built a century ago - also called Osudu Lake - and has been recognized as one of Asia's important wetlands.



The Chunnambar, located 8 km from Pondicherry, along the main road of Cuddalore, is also popular. This tropical paradise is flanked by a calm stream on one side. You can sail down the sand and set up a comfortable seaside

tent for yourself. Spending the night in the tree houses in the background offers a pleasant experience of the great outdoors.
