Exceptional customer service. Every employee we encountered was friendly and thoughtful, checking in to see if there was anything we needed and even giving our infant a toy. The hotel itself is beautiful inside, beds very comfortable. We were there for a wedding and the food was fantastic. We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the past couple years and the service here was the absolute best. Highly recommend, we will stay here again!

Great stay, the staff was amazing. Having a vehicle to get around from this location would be ideal.

I ended up staying in this hotel for two nights to visit family in the city. We got a room on the 7th floor in the middle of the hotel. No matter where you read the warnings about the noise, BELEIVE IT! If you have a room facing south towards Whitemud trail it is NOISY. All night you hear motorcycles and trucks racing down Whitemud, racing to the next redlight infront of the hotel. You hear semis jaking (even though they are not supposed to). I never heard the trains though. I requested a room on the north side but didn't get it so had two horrible nights of noise. The other problem is the convention room, or whatever they have. On the second night there was a wedding or something going on and the noise from the music reverberates through the building. If I was sitting up I could not hear any music due to the white noise and traffic noise in the room, but as soon as I put my head down you could hear the music coming through the building. The after the party shut down, it moved to the room across the hall. I will give the building staff kudos though as they were up to the room and shut it down within 2 minutes of us calling the front desk. My advice, if you want a good sleep find another hotel.

Exceptional service all round

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff were really nice and quick to respond when I needed something. My only problem was that it was loud, I could hear traffic and a train. Probably why they supplied ear plugs in the room. I had the ear plugs in and I could still hear all the noise. Also for the price you pay, you would think there would be a microwave in the room and a free breakfast.
