Nice spacious room (premium room), though you could hear noise from the next room. Roof-top terrace and pool was nice. Excellent breakfast. Little out of the city, if you wanted to walk. However, you can take the tram to the city acros the hotel, if you want. I prefered to walk :) The main equipment in the gym wss out of order.

The hotel is located next to the tram stop next to the exhibition centre. This makes getting in and out of town to the beach area or old town very easy. Located just outside of the main tourist areas we found it a good location to either take a 20 minute walk into the main town, or take the tram depending on our mood. The rooftop pool and bar is excellent- and because its not in a main tourist spot was always pretty quiet and relaxed whilst we were there. Rooms are spacious with AC and large double showers. 3rd time stopping in this hotel whilst visiting Nice and we would choose again. My only complaint is the price of breakfast at €25 per person- meant we never used it as far too expensive and loads of dining options around. Not unique to this hotel, many now seems to charge very inflated prices

2 nights in mid June. The rooftop pool and hottub with views !!!!and food up there too . Staff was very polite and helpful felt like high end hotel . First night we needed a fan they didn't have one but next day they got one and put it in our room waiting for us. .by port if your going on a tour by water and want to be by port ! By beaches and everything too ! Good size rooms not cramped like some European rooms ..!!

The room was dirty and worned down. We were promised a connected room, but they couldn´t offer it when we arrived. We booked the hotel because they had a gym, but it was really small and had broken equiopment. Opening hours were also limited; 09-21, so our planned workout sessions at 0800 were cancelled. If you skipped cleaning one day, you were awarded with a voucher for any softdrink. That was nice. They had a nice pool and area around. Very nice loaction with a short walk to the city. There is a parkinggarage next door, so easy if you have a rental car.

For being a luxury hotel, we would not stay again. When I first arrived, the driveway to enter was small there was no space to unload. Being a foreigner, someone accused us of hitting their car - that did not happen. Once he realized my nephew (the driver) was French he let us be. The property/room looked clean but the floor in our room was dirty - our feet and slippers they provided were black on the first night. We had the junior suite, so there was plenty of room and the bed was comfortable. The amenities were great (sauna, fitness room.)The main reason we would not stay again was the staff/customer service. The reception staff was ok, but in general they were all not friendly. The workers in the restaurant/pool area were especially unkind and condescending (specifically the women.) Their interactions with us made us feel very uncomfortable - constantly watching what we were doing - questioning if we were bringing pool towels to our room which we were not - the bathroom is past the elevator that takes us to our room. When grabbing towels for the pool we were accused of taking too many - there are 4 people in our group so we are taking one for each person. One night we swam late and they said they were out of pool towels so we had to return to our rooms soaking wet - odd that such a nice hotel would run out of pool towels and not have other accommodations? It was really disappointing to have such poor interactions with staff and made me feel on edge throughout our stay.
