Room presented well - extremely quiet. Our first key cards would not work - tried many times - apparently the lock was not working - moved to the room next door. Staff was very helpful during this process

The most amazing part of my stay here is the overnight front desk rep MARIA!!!! She is AMAZINGLY SWEET!! From my unfortunate late arrival me walking in and her giving such a huge smile and greeting made my long day better! She welcomed me with a warm heart and understanding. I had a small issue with my reservation and she helped and corrected it with no problem. It was a speedy check in and she was such a great help! Definitely need more people like Maria around in the world!!! Especially when it comes to working with people!!! Thanks so much Hampton inn for having a worker like Maria!!! I will definitely continue to stay in the future !!!!!!

The overnight check in lady was the sweetest person at check in that I’ve ever had encounter with! She smiled and greeted me as I walked in with a HUGE SMILE and personality!! She made my check in process easy and fast. Unfortunately I had a very late check in she understood and made sure everything was correct and okay! She also offered a list of local restaurants and helped me with directions. Her sweet personality and I’ll definitely make me choose to stay with Hampton in the future! We need more people like in the world!! Thanks so much for having such wonderful staff!!!!!!!

Location to the Speedway and Casino was excellent. Super clean, very nice room. Bed was hard as a rock, checked out at 3am to go home and get some sleep.

Nice one night stay. No issues except for no coffee service in the morning - only in- room coffee maker with no real cream or half n half. (My room had no powdered creamer either). Other hotels had fresh brewed coffee which they dispensed and handed to guests along with cream and sugar if you wanted it. Thankfully there is a Starbucks nearby.

Renovation is needed
We were in a nice room then we were mover to another room which had mold and mildew smell. Especially if you turn on the heat or AC. Renovation is dearly needed. Its location is great from where you want to be.

Great Stay. Will stay again.
Overall a great stay. Nice room. Everything was clean except it looked like someone forgot to run a toilet brush around the toilet bowl. The bed could have been more comfortable but most hotels could have better beds. We had our chihuahua with us and she was able to stay free of charge. They seemed to be taking extra precautions with COVID. We will be staying here again if we are in the area.
