The rooms that ends in 01 are located almost attached to the elevator which runs extremely noisy and is impossible to sleep( do not accept these room numbers), the bed was also very old with a sagging mattress. Location and shuttle to the airport were good.

Called need hair dryer, never send to room. Shuttle bus not on time, driver didn't help bring luggage. Guest put trash out of door, called no body coming clean it.

It was disturbing that the bed was messed up. It appeared that staff took a nap after making the bed. It was 1am when we got there and my 88 year old husband had to sleep.
