Property is so dingy Needs a refurb into the 21st Century Tired carpet, rooms, slots, food, etc.. Crack heads in the gambling area along with pimps and ho ho's really completed the experience Disappointing would be too kind for a review Not an enjoyable experience For those thinking they got a good rate on, wait till Harrahs hits you with the "resort fee" Bait and switch spectacular!

Will never stay at Harrah's again
During check-in: we didn't have the most satisfactory experience. Our support animal was denied access and required a $70 pet fee per night. Luckily this was covered by We left the room to explore the area and got back around 9pm, there was a loud barking dog in one of the rooms near us, no more than 1 room away. We tried to ignore the barking but it persisted, at 1am neither me nor my wife could sleep due to the loud barking so I decided to call the front desk to let them know, Leah answered the phone and I explained the situation to her, she told me I needed to have the exact room number where the barking is otherwise she can't help us, I asked her nicely to send the security person to our room and they would immediately identify where the baking is coming from, she refused and told me I need to know the exact room number, she was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the call. I said 'Oh ok then I guess' and bam she hangs up the phone on me (not exaggerating), I was in shock at what just happened so I called again and this time the night manager Sierra answered, I asked - did you guys just hang up on me? She literally answers 'yeah that wasn't me, it was Leah - I'm the night manager and we're sending security to your floor now to verify the noise'. No sorry, or anything like that. And she made me feel like crap as she was also rude. The front desk manager was the only professional and polite person we encountered, I believe his last name was Kebe?

No hot water! Dumpy property
Terrible. No hot water and good luck getting the front desk to answer your calls. This hotel needs a complete facelift. What a dump.
