If the accompanying guardian is not present we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements. This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request. This property is NOT pet friendly and NON SMOKING, inside and outside. You will be required to sign Terms & Conditions and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival/on check in. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval. Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Cancellation - If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. No refunds will be made for early departure/cancellation or refusal to stay at a booked property 30 days prior to the date booked.
