El personal amable y servicial en todo momento. La habitación no fue de lo mejor en cuanto al baño, ya que se encontraba un poco deteriorado le falta pintura en las paredes y da un aspecto de sucio. Deberían de pintarlo para que de un mejor aspecto.

Contrario a lo que dice en su descripción, el hotel NO cuenta con restaurante. Me hospede dos días, en el primero NO hubo agua ni para bañarse ni para el baño. En el segundo día, hubo un hilito de agua pero JAMAS salió agua caliente. Su estacionamiento es muy reducido e incómodo. El personal es muy amable y servicial pero eso no evita la decepción de este hotel. Lo único bueno es que su ubicación esta muy cerca al museo de las momias. En general NO lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
