Lovely the staff, the breakfast is incredible, great view from the roof terrace. Location is exceptional too. The window (city side) was not very sound proof, the room was quite small and they could do with some showers or an area to wash off the sand from the beach before going into the hotel. Also a drinking water fountain - the jugs at reception were always empty.

Room was tiny (as expected right here on the beach) but spotless. Most of all, the location is incredible, and the staff incredibly helpful. We had many hours after checking out of our room while waiting the airport, and the staff let us continue to use all the hotel amenities, including the incredible pool and view over Copacabana Beach from the sky deck. The location is wonderful, the view is incredible, staff are nice, the only problem is some staff cannot speak English which would be problematic sometimes. In iverall I would highly recommed this hotel to all tourists who want to visitt Rio and prefer to be in safe and nice neighberhood.

The reception team were welcoming and efficient. The room was comfortable and had a great balcony with hammock and an amazing view of Arapaho beach all the way down to Ipanema and Laos with Dois Irmaoes beyond. The ARP bar was great for breakfast, lunch or dinner with great food and drink at very reasonable prices given the location. It is a real bonus the hotel being right on the seafront with no need to cross a busy road to reach the sand. It is in a peaceful location and felt very safe
