    My 3rd time staying in this hotel, and honestly they've changed quite a bit. And during my stay, we did encounter some protests happening nearby, but it didn't disrupt our trip as we avoided the location thanks to the prior information provided by the hotel. Its a good hotel with quite a convenient location, however, the toilet is relatively small. But they are located near loads of food and shopping.

    Pleasent hotel near good food

    Check in was prompt. Room was clean. However, I found the table provided in the "Nook" too small for anything more than a laptop. There was not much space left for the kettle as well. Power plug was ample, and the courtesy adapter was very useful. As a Gold VIP Hotel.com member, I was supposed to be given two welcome drinks. However, I wasn't provided any. WIFI speed was good. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

    Location is good. There’s a 7-11 & a few affordable restaurants just across a small street. There’s also an airport express bus stop across the small street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s not my first time staying here. Due to their renovations, my previous reviews had to be removed. Definitely will stay at Eaton when I visit Hong Kong again!

    I was first assigned a Cabin Studio room but it smelled damp and there was a strong odour emitting from the bathroom. A housekeeping staff mentioned that this could be due to the design of the room, as there was no ventilation for the shower and bathroom. I then requested for a change of room and the next one (a different type of room) was much better. This was my second stay at Eaton and the front desk service was outstanding like before. I would definitely return to this hotel, but I won't book the Cabin Studio again.
