Worst stay ever.
When we checked in, the staff told us no wifi. After we check in the room, the room doesn’t has heater which had been removed and seems the front desk not aware of that. That’s why still gave us the room. The phone doesn’t work because I try to inform the front desk, end up I need to go down. After I told the front desk, she told me that no more room available, but I told them I need heater to shower. So she check with technician. Then the technician told her deluxe room is available. The front desk told me this will be the free upgrade for us. But when I am in the room, the room is full of dust, toilet full of stink and weird smell. We have no energy to go down to complain again. We just get rest and check out next day morning.

Very bad service
The net had come off the window in bathroom. The hotel did not fix it for three days . neither did they provide any alternative of keeping the bathroom closed. Room became infested with mosquitoes during night. Very horrible . yet continued as not wanting to change hotels during this visit.Next time it will be some other hotel but not this one . very bad service . reception is clueless
