Comfortable and Welcoming!
Super check in and we were given a room despite being well ahead of the check in time. Very clean and spacious in the common areas and corrirdors. Generous size room (for London) spotlessly clean bathroom. Everything you needed in the room. Bed was particularly comfortable and quiet considering it's Central London. Staff everywhere were delightful, friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast was slightly disappointing - as it was self service, the "Hot" cooked items were just warm but I appreciate the fact that you are never going to satisfy every guest with what they deem to be a perfect breakfast!
