Excellent hotel, great location. Great friendly staff.
Booked this hotel but was shifted to the Radisson Mercer Street Hotel. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Leicester City FC were playing that evening so I was looking forward to watching the game. I booked the hotel because they mentioned they do have satellite channels. Was disappointed that the channels didn't work. I got in touch with reception and they said it would be fixed tomorrow (too late). But overall a nice stay.
Reception staff very welcoming, specially the guy didnt get his name he seems asia origin, very friendly with that will definitely will stay again, the room is beautiful and clean comfort bed and amazing view
Location was very good for the West End. Staff very friendly and helpful with the hotel operating in Covid times. Clean and safe throughout the building work recommend
We booked an upgraded room on arrival we were told the hotel was still closed because of Covid. We were told that we being transferred to their sister hotel in Covent Garden and that we would receive a complimentary upgrade to one of their corner suits.
The staff were very helpful. The cleanliness was superb and the location is ideal for visitors.
very welcoming staff, they left a surprise cake in my daughters room as it was her 18th, very nice surprise
The check in service was outstanding!! We had a glass of Prosecco given to us and I personally had a room upgrade and £30 voucher to go towards dinner or the bar downstairs!! The staff were amazing. The hotel management should be really proud!
The staff and reception area was lovely. The staff were really helpful. The rooms were really clean with a comfortable bed but they were a little tired and didn’t feel like a 5 star. I was unsure was the ‘VIP Access’ extras were because I wasn’t made aware of anything.
The Location was fantastic, very central and with great views over Leicester Square.
