There was roaches everywhere . When I went to front desk there response was what’s wrong with that. They told me they could not refund or switch rooms and I needed to contact manager in the morning. We left and slept in our car. When I contacted manager in the morning manager would not talk to me and told the person on the phone to tell me they could not do nothing.

Spider webs and hair and dust and asked for cleaning supplies and was told housekeeping left and didn't know where it was kept and it was just cleaned.NOT I believe the room was just sitting and hadn't been occupied in a while offered another room but it smelled like mold.so I kept the one with dust wifi didn't work

The first room had a broken door lock so i had to switch rooms. The second room had roaches. And neither of the ice machines on either floor worked. I had to leave the property for ice. Just wish the experience would have been a little better.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I picked this location due to the indoor pool that was green and stagnant. There was vomit on the stairwell that stayed there all three days I was there. The breakfast was awful. There was only cold cereal or waffles, that was it.Thak goodness I brought my own soap and shampoo, because there was very little items or towels.
