We booked 4 nights at Line hotel through Expedia system. The booking was confirmed. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff said they can not find our reservation. It took a long time for him to tell us that our reservation was canceled, and there was no room for us that night. We contacted Expedia, and been told that Line Hotel canceled our reservation. We were “homeless’ in a rainy dark night in a foreign country. It was very unpleasant. Expedia staff was not helpful at all. We are very disappointed with Expedia hotel booking! Line Hotel staff helped us to found a room somewhere else for the night. So far no one took responsibility, not hotel nether Expedia!
