Actually I booked for an Ensuite and after I started my journey they informed that that Ensuite was booked out, they can give me a double room. I was not even in a condition to cancel and get refunded. Poor service

Cold, dirty and unpleasant The other guest staying there reminded me of the quote from Star Wars Obi-Wan: Mos Eisley spaceport. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious.

Great meal very slow service. Upstairs ladies toilets had not be cleaned eg floors for months. Hall carpets dirty. Room carpets stained. Could not open windows. Clean linen and very cheap.

It was difficult to work out where we were meant to go. We ended up doing a few circles and i had to take my kids in the front bar which i thought you had to be 18 to enter. The only PowerPoint in the room was behind a cupboard making it extremely difficult to use. The fan provided would not stand up on its own. We had to jam it between the wall and the table and a cupboard
