I was very disappointed for a Hilton property. The floors need to be vacuumed . The bathroom floors needed to be cleaned. No one knew how to set the clock. I could not get a ride to the airport, Coffee at breakfast was cold, both days. I will not be saying at that Double Tree again. I needed to use the business center, but there was not one.
