Nice hotel, but the hotel was charging me even tho I showed the email from hotel.com that said paid. They said they did not get the confirmation, I did end up paying gains but they refunded me the money. The room service was ok, it would be cause of the COVID. Any way I thought cause it was a 5 start hotel the service would be better. Maybe next time

Small leak in bathroom but not unlike as any at all - I splashed more water from toweling off. Staff and management called because we weren’t in room a few days - we had gone in excursion but were impressed by their concern for our safety. Very pleased with that.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Pereira, would recommend this hotel to any tourist looking to visit the area. Only problem I have is that this being a Hotel the check in staff didn't really speak English that well so spoke to my college only and did not acknowledge me or try to speak to me even though I had the reservation. No harsh feelings though. Wonderful hotel and people.
