First room was not done with cleaning. Could find hairs on both beds left by previous guests. Toilet too, toilet roll was not changed can see it was used... aircon not working. No front desk staff can check with regards information. Text the number whom has sent regarding checked in details but no reply.... first time encountered and very bad experience with this hotel.
