As an Independent Travel Agent I like to review properties in my travel. Upon entering the room it was clean. But unfortunately the air conditioner blew no cool air. We had to constantly get our key recoded during our stay because the door was not able to open. Last, there was internet; this is a must for travelers. The breakfast was mediocre but the staff was friendly. Our first encounter going to the Waves restaurant our first night there was horrible. We waiting an 1hr and 15mins for salad and bread and another 45 mins for our main course. Of which my course was not what was on the menu, and the food I did receive was not cook thoroughly. After conversing with the manager and chef, I was then told I could get what was on the menu to take home; unacceptable, but I should have received what I ordered originally.

Breakfast buffet was great, friendly staff. Host went to nearby restaurant to get me a non dairy altwrnative milk. The view was amazing from the baloncy but the paint was chipping from the rail. Room was lacking with the basics , phone did not work. Bed was ok. No hand towels.

Having lived in Trinidad from 2000-2012, have stayed at this property in the past, as I like the area. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Property needs upgrades and refurbishment, there is so much potential!!! Fantastic beach and views.
