座落在逢甲蛋白區，看的出是以前應是學生套房，浴室的電熱水器在使用時因持續燒水的關係會不定時來個爆炸聲，剛開始會嚇到，另房間電燈沒有夜燈功能，晚上若怕黑的需開浴室燈或陽台燈，開了又太亮，有點小可惜，房間雖很小不大，但只睡一晚來說對的起這價格了
