Eugene at the front desk is a Star. He was really accommodating and took care of our needs. Also the restaurant manager was so kind and super helpful.staff were speaking English and everything was great. The hotel has been really improved its condition since my last stay years ago. The only negative part of the hotel is the elevator which is extremely slow. In general I recommend the hotel l.

Excellent Hotel with History
Odesa's first hotel is beautiful with a lot of additional options such as a spa and pool. I was only in Odesa briefly so I did not use them, But my stay was excellent. Privacy respected, no sounds through the walls, and comfortable bed and clean rooms. The service is very professional and speaks English and Russian. I encountered no problems and would recommend it to others. If I stay in Odesa again, it will be here.

The location was GREAT! There was a park across the street and then the dock/Black Sea. It was also very close to many points of interest ... the Opera House, Potemkin Stairs, and more. We would definitely recommend this place.

Memorable Stay
Wonderful hotel built in the 1800. Many famous people have stayed here and their pictures and stories are posted near the doors of each room. Comfortable beds, great included breakfast and a memorable evening dining experience made our stay even better. The hotel is located just a few steps from the Potemkin Steps!
