Very good
The room was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. I thought the $30/ night charge for my dog was a little excessive.

great place to stay!
Great mid week trip to the mountains. Pine Bungalows was a great place to stay with our family. Close to town but with some distance so it was nice and quiet. They did a great job of being COVID safe and we had all we needed.

I felt safe that our room was well cleaned and sanitized. Staff and management very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I liked the community fire pit. Warm drink upon arrival. My river view from my cabin was magnificent.

Need to improve on service
I checked in on Oct 12th and it seems my cabin is overbooked. When I was arrived and enter the security code to get in my cabin, everything was settled my cabin was locked but suddenly a stranger can enter to my cabin with another code. It shocked me at that moment and realize that they are the other couple who booked the Pine bungalow after. The receptionist settled the mistake finally and didn't explain to me what had happened, they owe me an apologize. I don't want to ruin my holiday day mood, and I understand people make mistakes, that's why I just ranked ok for the service.

Very good
Cozy cabins in a beautiful location by the river. Quiet. Relaxing. There is a small bistro in the main building which has a very friendly vibe although we didn’t have a chance to eat there. (They did provide a delicious “welcome” cider when we checked in). There are a couple of community fire pits which were kept burning all day which we enjoyed. The bathrooms have been updated with heated flooring. That was appreciated (although the fan goes on automatically every time you enter the bathroom which is annoying at night). The gas fireplace adds to the coziness and is the source of heat as well. We had a river front cabin so were able to see some wildlife from our windows. The big negative is the wifi which is very sporadic, very hard to get on and stay on. We were told it was not for streaming, just email etc. It doesn’t appear to be something that this property will be upgrading in the near future due to the cost. (Outside of the town). This would not prevent us from staying again, because of all the other positives, just don’t rely on the wifi.
