While there’s no buffet breakfast or USA Today paper, the hotel has made every effort to be proactive in keeping their guests safe and healthy during this pandemic. The pool is closed and so is the exercise room and I wish both were open

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was clean and i liked they had santizier all over the hotel and signs to wear your mask to protect people. We recommend the hotel.

Never cleaned the room during my full stayed, it might have been due to the COVID-19, but even Mexico hotels, goes does your beds and disinfect with a certain gas. Brown Bag Breakfast with a bunch of fruit and granola bar, which most of the time they would say they did not have any and that they were waiting for the “food truck” 👎

My rental truck that was parked properly at the facility got stolen!!! I didn’t expect such a thing could happen at a place that is supposed to ensure safe and secure environment in and around the facility. Till now I didn’t get any phone call from a responsible staff from the facility regarding not working security camera that was looking right at the spot where my stolen rental truck was. Don’t ever think about bringing your loved ones to this facility. My kids had a horrible experience of losing memory filled boxes that were in the truck. Don’t trust them to provide any satisfactory services.

Stayed at this property for eight nights. Considering the current situation with coronavirus, the services provided were adequate. We did have a problem with the plumbing drain, especially in the tub. Each time we reported it, maintenance came and cleared the drain. However the tub would back up again the next day.
