It was great the staff was great clean nice hotel and a price was right
Definitely the best stay since COVID-19. So much poor service, poor breakfast, etc. But this place seemed to have kept it together. I would stay here again if I end up in the same city.
I booked 4 double bed rooms. When I get there the receptionist told me she doesn’t have the rooms for me. All she got left are 4 king bed rooms. She told me that’s because I didn’t book directly with the hotels. Since I booked through hotels.com, my reservation was not guaranteed!!! I told her that’s fine. The kids will get the bed and adults will sleep on the floor. I also mentioned that I will write reviews about how the floor feel. She then told me that she has one room with double bed. Then she said oh there’s another one. 15 minutes later she told me she has me 4 rooms all double bed !!! She also told me she is the only one working, the housekeeper comes every 4 days. If I need any towels I need to come to the front desk to get it.
Spent 5 nights there the blanket were discussing request for new one every day they said yes and never happened I never have housekeeping in my room during my 5 days even when every day I stop by to complain about the service, never have new towels even I asked for no pick up my trash a lot of noise at night people outside all night arguing and they no do anything about even is was very late my experience was terrible 😤
Great hotel just need some work. Bathroom are too small, bathtub and sink h
The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The pillows are not in good shape. I had to change the pillow covers. I had no issues getting refund for a cancelled night.
This place went downhill. This is my 6th stay here but haven't been here in 4 years. No renovation, getting old and not clean. Took me 30 min to check in which was ok but there no towel, no trace of covid cleaning. Next day, no room cleaning service so I asked the front desk about it and she told me I had to let them know to clean the room which she never told me about, and no sign about it anywhere in hotel. I booked 2 rooms here for me and a guest and no towels in either room. It was so late he used his shirt to take a shower. We called the front desk few times to ask for towel and no answer
Staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Booked two queens but ended up with a king
I was assigned into a room with somebody already in there when check ins, so I had to carried all the stuffs back down to get another room. Bathroom is small, bathroom door was jammed into the toilet seat and no vent out. I paid $3.50 for a water bottle. Overall, not a great place to stay for the price I paid.
