Hotel next to airport
Location is good since it is next to airport.Hotel is old and needs to be reburbished.Room is rather small and we had to walk a long distance to the lift lobby.Service was alright,except that there was no food nearby when our plane landed at 10 pm at night.

Excellent service
Good hotel to stay in if you fly into KIX too early in the morning or too late at night to travel to or from other destinations. The property is old and tired but the hotel upholds the high "Nikko" standards of cleanliness and great service. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Soundproofing is good, so we do not hear any noise from outside even though the airport is right next door. On our way out of Osaka, we stayed at this hotel for another night and the front desk gentleman who checked us in thanked us for staying at the hotel 9 days ago and for going back to stay there, and he also asked if we wanted to have morning call at the same time as we had the last time we stayed there. Wow, that's impressive! it is this kind of personal touch that leaves an impression! Thank you!

Great stay at a great location
The check in was smooth, i was greeted by the friendly front desk and they are very helpful. Location of the hotel is fantastic just 1 min walk to KIX Terminal 1 for an early morning flight. The room was spacious with everything you needed for a nice stay - small fridge, TV, water heater and utensils, and necessary amenities.

Good for overnight stay
2nd time staying in the hotel. Chose to stay 1 night as it was more convenient instead of traveling to downtown and finding my way to the hotel in the darkness. Breakfast was quite good but very expensive. So may not choose breakfast if stay there again.
