Great hospitality, front desk was very helpful throughout the stay in booking tours and any other needs I had and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The convenience of the free breakfast was terrific and the selection was perfectly fine. Traveled during COVID and all the precautions were taken by the hotel that made it feel safe without ever feeling like anything was an unnecessary burden (employees and guests wearing masks in public space, hand sanitizers throughout the building, etc.). Only thing to note is that the walls are a bit thin so you could hear a soft chatter from people next door but overall I didn't find it to be disruptive.

A very late arrival from airport. Front desk ordered food for us. All requests were quickly looked after. We were late to breakfast but attendant made some more hot food for us. We were given suggestions for sites to visit in the area.

Nice boutique hotel in city center with tourist attractions nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and administrator always had a few insights about what to explore next in Trabzon. Amenities and breakfast can improve though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. Only thing was that they listed room service as an amenity but there isn’t. It was easy to order order food to the room though. A nice hotel and I would stay again.

Klima var ama oda çok küçük actığınïz zaman soğuk rahatsïz ediyor. Camı açayım desiğinizde gürültū ve sivrisinek rahatsız ediyor.iki yatak arasinda yer darlığından komidin koymamışlar. Memnun kalmADık kandırïldığïmïzï düşūndūk. Birde puan 9,2???

İlk girişte park sorunu yaşayacağımızı düşündük ancak otelin hemen önünce müşteriler için özel alan ayrılmış. Konum olarak her yere inanılmaz yakın. Çok temiz ve güzel bir tesis. Asansör yok ancak çalışanlar yardımcı oluyor. 9 günlük tatilin 2 günlük bir kısmında konakladık bu sebeple çok eşyamız vardı ancak hiç sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı güzel. Özellikle İbrahim Beye teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Korona döneminde bile güzel bir temizlik vardı.
