The room was good and clean. The all inclusive was ok because alcoholic beverages won't served until 11am.
very poor services the food bad breakfast and lunch and the employes very rude they want tip for all
The resort was a real let down. I paid extra for the all inclusive package, but it definitely was not worth it. They said at the front desk during checkin that room service was available 24 hrs but we tried to order at 11pm and they said no cause they stop @ 10:30. Tried to get water and they said it was only free on the first night and you have to pay after that. What kind of all-inclusive can’t even give you free water? The beer at the bar was always warm and at the beach they said they wouldn’t bring the beers to your table, you have to come get them, then we tipped a guy and all of a sudden they can deliver to the beach now. The hustle is real. The rooms didn’t really look like the photos in the advertisement but they were clean. The hotel is real basic but if you stay there don’t waste the extra money on all-inclusive cause it really doesn’t mean all-inclusive, at least at this place. As far as the staff, some were nice and others were rude. Personally I will never stay here again.
Resort is very old an in need of repair and serious updates.
Not Worth what I paid for. I reserved All-inclusive and was not able to use anything at the hotel. Pool closed, gym, beach, bar etc. Worst front customer service ever. Made us feel like if they were mad because we were there. Got duty looks from a couple of employees like if we were sick. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Staff was nice. The place is horrible. Not enough soace in this comment box, let know how bad this place is.
We were forced to return home a week early and no compensation has been offered..Mar 18
People were really nice and the service was really good. They were very helpful all times and the customer service was amazing. Food and drinks were not that bad. The co diction of the rooms was average. They can improve many of the things inside the room. Overall it was great to stay here.
The costumer service it's too bad need more bar's near the summing pools and better ailments
Service from the servers for food service was probably the best thing of this trip as we did have all inclusive. Very attentive and welcoming. Other than that, front desk definitely needs a re-up. The hotel has such great potential if money was invested in the old building/furniture. Which I know other people are not a fan of the old school rooms. The food was decent, definitely more room for improvement. Lack of flavor for a lot of things. And being from Mexico we are known for our flavorful food. Check out was such a hassle, we weren’t able to eat breakfast because the guy at our tower cut our all inclusive bracelets and didn’t tell us. Front desk just told us to pay again.. why? When we spend over $1k for 2 of us on all inclusive. Expected much more as we had been to Krystal in Cancun. This location needs big improvements.
