It’s was amazing!!! The place was wonderful, right on the water as expected and beautiful interior. The home was great for me and my loved ones. Very friendly people in the buildings and easy check and quick response from contact team loved it

I stayed for 3 nights, the first two were fine without issue. The 3rd I gave permission for the owner to carry out a repair while I was away. While carrying out the repair the thermostat was turned way up, as there are other units all the way around the condo and the crank for the only window doesn’t work there was no way to cool down the condo. It was so hot that I was sweating with just a sheet, and only got 4hrs of broken sleep prior to having to fly across the country. I explained the situation to the company and they made no effort to apologize or discount for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service, would definitely not recommend. This is literally the first bad review I’ve written here after much international travel.

The door system was not working the evening I arrived. It took 30 minutes and multiple calls to their service to get in to the building. Parking was another issue. We did not find out until after we booked that pick up trucks would not fit in the free parking garage. We had to pay to park in the lot across the street. Disclosure on their web page would have been helpful. The apartment itself was clean and well appointed. The bed was not the most comfortable but that would be the only negative.

Fabulous!! The view of Halifax was amazing day and night. There was nothing overlooked. An abundance of linens, towels, kitchen items, toiletries etc. I ant say enough about how great this was. The host was so prompt in replying to our questions which made parking and check in a breeze . A definite must stay when in Halifax or Dartmouth . You can walk to the ferry which is a great way to visit Halifax and all it has to offer
