Very pleasant
Stayed for 3 nights had a wonderful stay staff where excellent couldn’t do enough for us room was too hot went down to reception to report it they lowered down heating plus brought up 2 fans right away only downfall for me was when getting into bath no rail to hold on too we also couldn’t get Netflix working on telly other than that I would go back again

Lovely stay at the Dixie Dean - only booked a double but ended up with a room that sleeps 8! Great for when hubby was snoring 😂

Great location
The lobby was beautiful. The location was perfect -close to the train station and the areas we wanted to see. At first glance the room was amazing -large, quirky, exactly what we expected. We did have trouble with the television that they said they would try to fix immediately and if they couldn't would fix the next day. It was not fixed during our stay. The carpeting in the room was old and stained in places -overall needed replacing. We were upset to find the restaurant closed for service other than breakfast -which we did enjoy.
