Nice location. We were in off season so very limited restaurants and shopping.Very beautiful town with incredible views. Not sure if parking is accessible in high season. The villa is very high in the village so not accessible we a car.

Of our two week trip in Portugal, this was by far our favourite place. The little touches were appreciated (basket of fruit and little goodies). The bed was comfy. The best part was the view, wow!!!!!!! Eating dinner on the patio was priceless.
The communication was great and the breakfast was yummy. Having a house build into a rock was pretty incredible. Loved Monsanto!!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming property. It’s updated, clean and very well equipped. Our only challenge was finding it! Streets are very small and hard to navigate.

Fantastic Villa
My jaw dropped when saw the Villa — it was was so lovely! The view was phenomenal. The architecture was awesome. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of four. Our hosts spoke a little English and was able to convey things well enough. They left a decent breakfast for the morning. All in all, the Villa made Monsanto wonderfully memorable.
