Excellent service. They let us check in early at 11 am. Valet was great for our needs. Shower was weird--couldn't get full pressure on hot water, only cold--and bed was a bit hard but overall a great hotel and great location.

Perfect weekend)

This was our second time staying for a chiefs home game! Everything was great! Even when they had a technical issue in their speakeasy, they quickly recommended something directly across the street that was fabulous! They are always accommodating. It was a freezing weekend but the rooms were perfectly heated
