We loved this hotel
We stayed with family and had about 8-9 rooms and lots of little kids. The hotel workers had such patience with us all as we went from room to room. We stayed for a wedding and had lots of people to get ready for it. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent service; very clean and fairly good price. Ended up staying two nights instead of one, but didn’t get the same price for both nights. A friend stayed at the other Hampton Inn location in Anderson for $20 cheaper per night.

Dirty bathroom!
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable. The problem was with the bathroom. There was hair on the shower walls, in the tub and on the counter when we arrived indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. The toilet had stains on the tank and what appeared to be the remains of previous usage inside the toilet bowl.

When we got to our room the door was opened with the lock latch propping it open. The shower door door woukd not catch and stay cosed. While taking my shower it kept sliding open.

The staff were very nice and professional. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The parking lot is well lit . The location is right off the main road and is close to restaurants, gas stations, and stores.

I checked in to use the pool and for the wonderful breakfast that they offer after she checked me in she told me the pool was closed and they had brown bags for breakfast with a muffin a piece of fruit and a bottle of water I couldn't get a refund because I booked it non-refundable through hotel.com awful stay just an awful stay dead bugs in the room she gave me a room farthest away from the elevator it was just an awful stay everything was wrong
