Front desk was pleasant and helpful. However our first room, heat didn’t work and either did the tv. Got a second room, had issues with that tv also. Front desk figured it out, but was still kind of a pain.

Paid full price got zero service
We drove from Cullman Alabama to Athens Ohio about a 12 hour drive we arrive at about 2 A.M. I go to check in they have no idea I had a reservation. So even though I paid for my stay already they said I couldn't stay there. I immediately called hotels. com where they tried to call the property they refused to answer the phone. Hotels.com got me a better room for the night. Never again will I stay a days inn

Okay but small
The stay was okay, the rooms are very small bathroom very small. The beds was very very small. At my home my husband and I slept in a queen comfortable but these beds was so small. We couldn’t even turn over at the same time. Then we couldn’t handle it any longer and got up and left little after 4 am. They did tell me when I check in they have a breakfast it consist of tea, coffee and granola bar.

Do not stay here. Very secluded motel. I was uneasy going to my room alone. Pics are misleading. Was overpriced. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Don’t stay here
We booked for 2 days. The hotel immediately felt unsafe with people hanging out, outside the hotel who made me and my children feel uneasy. Once we got into the room we could see it wasn’t the cleanest it wasn’t until being in it a few hours that we realized just how disgusting it was. The floors turned my sons feet black! The bath room floors were gross. The shower was covered in black mold. The bathroom vent was falling off the ceiling. The heater was filled with mold and dust. There were stink bugs so thick in the room you could smell them. That night we could hear people fighting and yelling most the night to the point I put our luggage and the hotel chair against the door. We woke up and immediately checked out the next morning. I told the clerk about the terrible conditions and she simply stated the no refund policy and wished me luck finding another room. I did. And ended up paying over $300 for one night but didn’t care after the nightmare spent in this dump.

Eh okay.
Check in was smooth but we got a smoking room at first and it was terrible. The front desk switched us to a non smoking quick and easy but the room was a little dirty. Dusty and some stink bugs. Beds were not very soft. The tv did not work at first and they had to come and fix it. The heating unit also was not working so the front desk put a heater in the room. For what we paid it should have been way better.
