One of belongs was disappeared after room cleaning but the staff wasn't helpful to find it or take responsibility. The clening staff insisted to clean the room on her schedule, she made us out of room. Over all services were very poor. It was noisy after 12am.

This place was so busy at check in time, they required guests to get on a wait-list. It was quite difficult to even get on the wait-list without a Korean phone number. On top of that, the room we got did not have any bed - it was a traditional style room with a super thin blanket. It was the most uncomfortable stay I have ever experienced. I'm sure it was described on the Expedia website (I hope that's the case), but it was absolutely not clear enough for me to notice.

Very lacking.
Staff was nice and accommodating. No place to eat other than coffee cafes and bar food. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 a.m. and the food was not that good. Pillows smelled and when we got new ones they smelled too, as if they were not washed in a while. Elevators were the worst. 10-minute wait when crowded. Recommend other hotels in the area.

The front desk staffs are very professional and friendly. We reserved 3 rooms to stay in, however, due to the Covid situation, one family member was unable to travel to Korea. The hotel acknowledged the situation well and refunded the bill for one hotel room. In addition, the hotel breakfast buffet menu was pretty good, and the hotel room was clean and well organized
