I booked this hotel during memorial day weekend . I got room with good view of Empire state building except that everything else was terrible . The room i got was very small unlike shown in pictures . The housekeeping experience was pathetic two days back to back the housekeeping didn't come at all despite notifying the front desk to send the housekeeping. Entire bathroom was piled up with dirty towels.
