La camera è stata presentata con un copripiumino sporco e peli. Macchia sul muro adiacente al letto.prese per caricabatterie nascoste dal letto con il rischio di spezzare il caricabatterie nella presa con piccoli movimenti del letto(materasso si imbarca, vecchio e scomodo).1 solo cuscino a disposizione ed ultrapiatto,dormito male anche per questo. Esterni da manutenzionare, legno fradicio. Pulizia generale proprio non impeccabile. Bidet praticamente non funzionante, usciva solo un rigolo d'acqua al massimo. Fisher tra le piastrelle a vista in doccia mancava quindi un poggia sapone. 1 solo rotolo di carta igenica a servizio. Frigo bar vuoto. 1 sola chiave per camera fornita. Piscina con sensazione di acqua viscosa, satura. Idrogetto non funzionante. Jacuzzi a metà servizio di idrogetti. A cena 1 solo cameriere ed evidentemente in difficoltà a gestire tutto. Tempi troppo lunghi per cenare e prezzi alti per quanto offerto.al check out si scopre bottiglia d'acqua 3.80 euro! A colazione il secondo giorno siamo stati sfrattati dal nostro tavolo ed unici in 4 a dover fare colazione in un tavolo da 2.Camere 104 e 105 interrate con vista muro di legno,non proprio piacevole e comunque non dichiarato. Mancanza di aria condizionata seppur non sia stata indispensabile stupisce all'hotel siano state date 4 stelle. Colazione non all'altezza con distributore automatico.Non ci è stato chiesto come ci siamo trovati al check out. Pagato di più attraverso Expedia, la camera vale molto meno.
