Girl at the front desk, Nicole, was so friendly at check in, and helpful in finding us things to do in Mystic. Rooms were very clean. Exercise room also. Pool area was very relaxing, and pool was very clean, and clear. Highly recommend!!!

The hotel was fair. We were there for a funeral. The place is run down. Glad we weren’t there for vacation. Wallpaper was peeling, carpet looked dirty and snagged. My pillows smelled. The staff were pleasant and the water for the showers were hot and plentiful

this hotels room smelled very musty and you can see evidence of water damage....perhaps because the bathrooms have no ventilation system.

The room was nice and also clean. It was just disappointing that all the vending machines were empty and the breakfast was a blueberry gronola bar or bag of mini cookies and a bottle of orange Gatorade. They updated the site to say all the covid changes, but didn't mention the breakfast was changed. That's one of the reasons we choose hotels.

The facility is definitely tired, in urgent need of updating. Our bathroom was almost out of toilet paper upon checking in and the coffee pot was missing, which normally is not a big deal, but it was our only form of getting coffee in the motel. The following morning the electronics in the door malfunctioned and we were trapped in our room. Help had to climb in through the window, which took some time. The air conditioning unit was old and musty upon cooling. I felt sorry for the staff. The staff was embarrassed and definitely apologetic.

Live Ants were in my girlfriends and I bed. Curtains didn't close all the way. Access points that were suppose to be locked, were unlocked. Asked for full refund.
