Exceptional 10.0
A great place to stay in Osaka.
Although the toilet was a little small, it was very clean and compact.Overall, the hotel is situated in a very convenient place as the train stations are just below the hotel. Also, the hotel is near the shopping malls and eating places, as well as Dotonbori. Will definitely stay in Hotel Nikko Osaka again , if I'm back in Osaka the next time.

Pleasant stay & great location
Very pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. We had 3 rooms for our family and the location is great. They also prepared small birthday gifts for my family. Overall a pleasant stay.

Poor 2.0
A weird hotel refuses to keep your luggage!
in general the hotel is properly maintained though a bit old, however, this hotel is the first one I ever encountered that they don't keep guest luggage overnight after check out! everyone else offers this complimentary service, even in HK , NY where space is generally tight! And more importantly this information was never mentioned anywhere, not in this app, not after we checked in , etc. if we knew this stupid policy upfront , we won't choose this hotel for sure !

Exceptional 10.0
Best value n location ever
The location was amazing! Just cross the road and you can start the shopping journey at the brine of Shinshabai area all the way to Osaka main station. It’s also less than 1km away from the hipster Orange Street. Around the hotel, just across the small road, you have a Pablo cafe, Starbucks and food court which can be accessed via the hotel lift to B2! Rooms are very clean and average size. The airport bus is just at the main lobby. Couldn’t ask for a better hotel!!!

Very good 8.0
Good for Shopping and Eating
Location was great if you are there to shop and eat. Near to the main markets, Lots of good eateries around the area. Best of all connected to a cheap food court near the subway exit. Easy for transportation too as it was near the station. The room was like every other international hotel, nothing fascinating. Bed was ok, not the most comfortable for an international hotel. Room was quite small only 20 sqm
