Missed a connecting flight in Charlotte and needed a room for a few hours to rest before our new flight. Pro-it is close to the Airport but that is about it….hotel is horribly dated, you can smell mold as you walk down the entry corridor. A smell of mold, mothballs and funk permeated everywhere. I debated waking out but I was desperate. Beds were well made, but bedding was stained and the 80’s roller shade, paper thin walls, gross carpeting and overall ick factor was overwhelming. Can’t recommend unless you are desperate

Do yourself a favour - DON'T STAY HERE
They say you get what you pay for... but here you really don't. The entire hotel is disgusting. It's FILTY. I don't know what the 'cleanliness' ratings are out of in NC but the 90+ they claim has to be out of 1000 NOT 100. While the hotel is pet friendly, it's not people friendly. The bed stank of dog and to combat this they just spray chemicals everywhere which makes it hard to breathe. Immediately on check-in I spotted a large cockroach scurry across the desk in my room. The room had no refrigerator and the coffee machine was missing parts. The carpet throughout the hotel is filthy and in desperate need of a vacuum and shampoo. Garbage piles up in overfull bins by the elevators on each floor. The 'housekeeping' staff just toss piles of linens into the hallways during the day as they work and collect at the end of the day. While my stay was 4 nights, the room was only serviced on the last day. I put garbage out on the 2nd day and it was still sitting on the floor by my door 24hrs later. The front desk was rarely manned and when it was the staff were unhelpful. When I asked directions or questions about local area I was advised to google. The surrounding area is questionable and the carpark seems to be a hangout for locals who like to yell at each other and argue late into the night. Despite being on the 4th floor this was loud enough that it disturbed me. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay. I will never be going back.

Go anywhere else.
The place was filthy. Stained carpet everywhere that stuck to your shoes. Stained fabric on the old chair in the room, peeled vinyl in the elevator. Trash in the hall. The AC didn't work. We had a cancelled connecting flight and needed a place to stay. It was late and we found this, booked it, checked in and checked out 10 minutes later. Thankfully Hotels.com refunded our room.

Terrible Stay
The rooms had a bad smell and needs remodeling. One of the rooms had a large hole in the cabinet . I had to go to the front desk three times just to get a room decent enough to stay the night. Would it recommend this hotel for anyone.

A lot of money for the condition
Let's put it this way I wouldn't book it again if I was in the area. The pictures look fine online but the actual condition doesn't live up to the pictures. The room smelled like a dog as soon as we entered. The toilet in the room was clogged when we arrived. Huge stain on the side of the mattress that looked like blood. Was noisy until really late and the walls and doors didn't seem to block any noise. Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was nothing fancy but was fine

NOT HAPPY AT ALL!
I got there about 2:30pm to ask for early check in and there was about young kid that had to tell him mom 3 times we were at desk. I then went into the cleaning closet to get her only for her to tell me I had to wait until 3pm. At 3 there was a line to check in at least 12 pp or more. The. When I did get my turn they were full and my room wasn’t clean because I had a suite and I did not get to my room until after 3:45pm I was only given at $25 voucher from Hotels.com. Now let’s talk about the 2 dogs that barked all night, the people that live there, the front desk agent trying to handkerchief her 3 kids while there’s a line of people waiting and the horrible smell of the second floor was sickening and the moth balls someone is using is very strong. I’ve never seen so many dogs in a hotel and they were big dogs at that! I won’t stay at this Laquita ever again! Highly dissatisfied!
