A 1br apartment for what the average hotel room rate is in the surrounding area, so I decided to roll the dice. Nice complex, near everything, clean unit, TV is streaming only (you provide the service). Tried to take a shower in the AM & the handle was broke. Contacted Sonder (via app, they have no support on location) about 7a, they said someone would come by to fix. Returned about 2p, still not fixed. Messaged Sonder again, they said they would get someone out. 5p still not fixed, Sonder said they were checking about getting me another unit. Had places to go, used the shower in the 5 flr gym, just like a hostel, so awesome. Was lucky they had one. Rec'd text after 6p, shower fixed, only took them 11 hours, glad they're so on top of it. Next morning internet is not working, have a teleconference and can't wait for Sonder customer service. Used the study rooms on the 9th floor w/ internet, again lucky the complex had these rooms. Sonder customer service very apologetic, but no real ability to resolve issue remotely.
