Not quite happy
Even that stay for only one night, the experience was not agreeable, the lobby seemed to be like a factory building that was converted in a hotel. Safety bars at the washroom was loose and the free breakfast the day was a pre- packed sandwich, one bix of orange juice and one stale pastry.

Decent stay for the price
Second stay was much better than the first. We came fill the day prior to my cancer surgery as I had to be at the Tom Baker Clinic quite early. Our room was upgraded for us to a King, the bed wasn’t really comfortable but the room was clean and updated. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a wedding, and it was fairly loud through out the building, hallways etc. we had someone try to enter our room for a good 3 minutes at 1 am, not the hotels fault though. Over all we would stay again

Poor service and cleanliness.
Our booking was good for 5 adults in one room. There only 2 towels available and I asked for additional towels from the front desk and he responded yes for additional towels and we’ve been waiting for that towels but unforrinately no additional towels at all even on the day we check out. The room esp the floor is dirty, the sheets got stain. Very poor service. Breakfast is cold sandwich with terrible filling.

The tables had not been wiped, no amenities at all considering it was a kitchenette. Walls were filthy as well as floors. Towels were not replenished. Sketchy clientele overall, and crowded parking
