Great service ,clean place with good stuff i really enjoyed it .

This was a great hotel! We had a wonderful stay. Pros: -beautiful pool overlooking the beach, extremely clean. Part of the pool is divided as a shallow pool which is nice for sun bathing or very younger kids. -good restaurant on site, also with beachfront tables. We had both breakfast and lunch there; both good. Didn't try the buffet though. -nice little cafe to buy coffee, snacks, etc. as well -entire property very clean; staff out constantly cleaning, sweeping, mopping. Bar service at pool. -all staff members we encountered were very pleasant and polite -big balconies all have full front ocean views -palapas/ beach umbrellas and chairs included for free -lifeguard service on beach seemed very attentive -beach very clean as well, lifeguard even raked the sand. No litter at all on the beach and ocean water was crystal clear. -rooms clean and comfortable, nice classic decor Cons: -a bit older property, but still very well kept up and the blue/white mediterranean type decor made it look more classic styled and not "old" -the hot water in our shower could be a little tempermental but wasn't a big deal at most times -location is slightly farther from the main "action" of the strip but still walkable and plenty of things around. We had a car but taxis seemed plentiful as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price it was an excellent deal. We were not there during a busy time; pool could maybe become crowded if it were a busy season but for us it was great.

Great views. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Location. Large rooms.

Es un hotel ya viejito, pero la limpieza de todo el hotel es evidente. El super servicio en todo momento, los precios justos, la alberca de un tamaño pequeño, pero excelente diseño. La playa muy bien,el servicio en la playa excelente. El buffet de desayuno variado y cada dia diferente, la comida rica. Las porciones de la comida son pequeñas (sobre todo los cocteles y ceviches), pero de buen sazon. Quedamos felices e invitados a volver pronto.

Great Acapulco hotel with character. Excellent longtime staff who will make you stay even better. Best value on the costera!! Clean and fresh just as it has been for the past 25 years!!

Exceptional and friendly service which had not changed over many years. Wonderful location in the heart of everything.

Great hotel. Clean and very good staff service. You can walk right into the beach. The hotel DOES have a reception/front desk.

The majority of the staff were super friendly, especially during breakfast. Some waiters were very attentive and had the best service. The only downside was the WiFi signal was weak and had bad reception. Also, one of the sink knobs was a bit hard to twist and the water won’t stop running. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the hotel.

Cleanliness was the main concern, staff is rude, food is bad, beach is dirty.
