Shuttle van provided transport back and forth to airport with only a few minutes away, pick up my rental car. Staff are friendly and really willing to help. We had a room with 4 beds on 3rd floor, with all necessary amenity. It is good for us to rest a night before the road trip. They have parking log if you drive. You need to walk up stairs.

This property is excellent. For an affordable location in close proximity to the airport, they offer so much; personal shuttle service, amazing restaurant, nice lounge, clean rooms, and a staff that is amongst the best I’ve encountered even comparing to resort and 5 star locations. The staff was very personable, friendly, accommodating and attentive. I’ve stayed at the Hilton Zagreb in the past and stumbled across this property due to a very late flight delay where I needed a place to stay at midnight. However, because they were so wonderful waiting for us, taking care of us and getting us to the airport just a few hours later, I will stay here each time I come to Zagreb as Great Service will always trump Opulence.

We literally made this reservation at midnight when our flight was greatly delayed and we had to spend the night in Zagreb. I received a text within minutes from the hotel asking me when I would be there and that they’d be there when I got there. When I got there, the hotel lady was waiting and promptly got me to my room. The next morning, I scrambled to find an Uber and then found out from the hotel lady (same person), that they had a free shuttle so I was able to take a breath and know that I’d be okay. This hotel handled me so professionally and with care and efficiency. I would stay there again as it’s an incredible bargain for what I got even though I only needed to sleep for a few hours before getting back to the airport. Thank you, London Rooms Hotel...you literally made a nightmare of canceled and delayed flights tolerable.
