Staff was nice, but the conditions of this place are bad. It hasn’t been updated in ages. Even though we had a no- smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. Mold was evident in the bathroom. Vending machines didn’t work. It felt half-abandoned.
This was a unexpected great place. Checkin was easy. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly. Room was clean and nice. Price was good. Amenities good. Only small issue was with loud vehicles in parking lot that seamed to come and go alot. Great stay though. Would stay again and would recommend!
My original room was great, unfortunately the door to the room wouldn’t close later in the day. I was moved to another room, the bathroom was not very clean.
Dated and in disrepair. Hotel charged $50 after checkout and accused me of smoking in the room. I don’t smoke. The room smelled like smoke when I first entered, but being tired after traveling and leaving early in the morning I didn’t complain. I contacted the manager who was very hostile and rude, and claims to have pictures cigarette butts. Travelers who checked in before me got to their room first, and their room smelled like a smokers room so they complained. I opted to just accept my room the way it was instead of complaining about it. Judging by the response and the attitude of the manager, this is a common and recurring event for them—especially knowing the folks across the hall smelled cigarette smoke upon entering too. Complete setup. I would advise sleeping in a car before giving this “resort” one dime.
The television in my first room wasn't working and the bathroom looked run down. Then the carpets in the second room which was supposed to be an upgrade had a terrible stench. Then in the morning about a hour before check out the front desk called and woke me and then kept calling me as I checked out 15 minutes late threatening to charge me for overstaying after I explained what was going on. Then I gave the keys back and asked for the associates name and she refused to give it to me
Bathroom needed updated!
COVID has necessitated most places take extra care when it comes to cleanliness but this facility would be considered filthy on a good day. I was checked in by an apathetic front desk person not wearing a mask. There were cobwebs and dust on everything. The bathroom reeked of mold and even the toilet had obviously not been cleaned. I left early for my flight because I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The solitary redeeming quality was it’s proximity to the airport.

i stayed here for about 11hrs.. I needed to be close to airport as I was landing late and needed to be back early the next morning. I didn’t have high expectations but this was not a good experience. I had messaged the property that I would land late and would require the shuttle. We landed 30min late and when I called for shuttle, they said the driver had left. The property details state shuttle is available until 2am. I took a $11 Uber there. here’s a tip- if the shuttle is not running, take the car rental shuttle. From there you can walk to the hotel.. it’s not far. Wish I had known this. When I arrived at the hotel, the young girl at the desk did not communicate clearly. It was very difficult to clearly comprehend her. example: she said they would put a hold of approx $300 on my cc. I told her I had never heard of such a large sum for a deposit hold. What she actually meant was that she just needed a cc for incidentals, and a dollar amount was not actually being held. various little communication issues left me frustrated. the room was gross. Surfaces were sticky. I had sani-wipes to wiped everything down. The bed was hard. I kept my shoes on the entire time, not daring to touch the floor. I turned the heating unit on as it was cold, and it literally smelled like someone had urinated into the unit. So I turned it off and froze for the night. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. If you are on the ground floor check that your window is locked.
Good location close to airport and car rentals; but poor service. No clean.
