Great location. Very moderm with more than enough charging ports. Kids loved the pool and were pleased to find more than enough pool towels. Breakfast was delicious!
booked a 2 queen bed.room, was given a king bed room with no explanation at check in. We both need 2 pillows, so.had to call for the extras- both the soap and lotion dispensers were nearly empty No decaf coffee available at the "free breakfast" had to go next door to Starbucks Frankly for $200+ a night I expected more
This place is disgusting. Blood stains on sheets, dirty walls, dirty toilets and bugs in rooms. Do not stay here
Clean and tight. Price was too high for 2 Star Hotel
My family and I booked the rooms on short notice and it was a great experience. The staff was pleasant and the decor was pretty cool. The only con is that the rooms don’t get cleaned by housekeeping during your stay, due to Covid 19, so we had to request more towels and had to retrieve them ourselves while the dirty towels piled up in the bathroom. However, that was just a small inconvenience in comparison to the many positives aspects of our stay.
Maybe Front desk is new, took her some time to figure out no need to charge my card for the stay again.
The staff was friendly, however they promote having a full breakfast with scrambled eggs and waffles and such which isn’t the case.I understand with the Covid virus it makes things different but if that be the case you shouldn’t promote it on your website and on your TVs in the rooms.I don’t know why you can’t have individual packaged serving sizes of the eggs and waffles and over items bagged for each guest so to prevent any spread of germs.A little ingenuity could go a long ways to make customers happy.
I was greatly disappointed with their breakfast. The choices were limited and the quality was very poor. They ran out of many items before the end of breakfast time. The staff were unorganized and did not understand how to offer proper service.
Everything nice. Great hotel. Only I recommend is take water for clients.
We got there around 8:30 pm. We requested a high level floor and the front desk lady gave us a 1st floor room next to the side building door were people was getting in and out until 4 am, going to some 2nd floor room where a party was going on and the front desk did nothing. Building walls was so cheap and thin that we could hear people talking, loud music, laughing, all night. Terrible experience. In the morning we saw people sleeping at the lounge near to the front desk and the staff did nothing about. I travel a lot and this was one of the bad ones. I will never stay at this location again.
